A German civil servant's world is suddenly turned upside down! During a visit from the King, his wife's underpants slip to the ground and he is convinced this is the end of his career and social standing. Amid a sex-starved neighbor and would-be suitors, heated comedy ensues as he and his wife comes to terms with this indiscretion!
