Michael Winters
Artistic Director
Michael has been around theatre since an early age. He has been a part of over 150 shows and events incorporating all aspects of theatre including directing, acting, writing, production, and lighting design for which he is a multi-award winner. He has traveled the country performing and teaching with theatres, schools and churches, created shows for theme parks, and has been a guest lecturer internationally.
Michael has worked with various theatres in the DFW area and in Florida. He is currently in his 5th season as the Artistic Director for ONSTAGE in Bedford and has been on staff as the Creative Director for Glenview Church where he founded Stage Right Theatre over 10 years ago.

Mike is an award-winning actor and critically-acclaimed director with over 20 years of performing arts experience in the North Texas area. He’s called ONSTAGE his home base for over five years. He previously served on the board of several non-profit organizations, from science fiction/fantasy conventions to working as the National Communications Director for The Cancer Monument in McKinney, TX.
During his term on the board, Mike has increased the draw to Bedford from well beyond the city limits all the way to Denton, Dallas, and Collin Counties, making ONSTAGE a bankable destination for the city and continued source of pride for its residents.
Dorothy Dixon

Dottie was active as a volunteer at the Community Theater in Bakersfield, California
were she ran the box office, was in the chorus of such plays as Funny Girl, Two Gentlemen from Verona,
Show Boat, South Pacific, and others. She was the assistant director of several productions in the
children’s theater and worked backstage securing and setting up props.
Along with being an active volunteer at ONSTAGE for many years, she's also sung in church choirs
over the past four decades and has been a soloist for the past four years.

Hannah is thrilled to be rejoining ONSTAGE in Bedford as a board member. She has worked with ONSTAGE previously as a Costume Designer, 7 years apart! During those seven years, she worked as an actor, director, educator, and volunteer coordinator in Germany with KMC OnStage; and as an actor, director, and content educator with Fantasy Performing Arts in Chongqing China. Through all her travels, Texas and DFW have always been "home," and since being home she has appeared in several productions with NTPA, Theatre Arlington, and Tarrant Actors Regional Theatre.

David is currently the Presiding Judge of County Criminal Court No. 1 in Tarrant County, Texas. Off the bench, he has been involved in community theater for over 25 years. Not only has he worked behind the scenes in such roles as Board Member for Onstage in Bedford, but he has also performed onstage in over 30 performances across the DFW metroplex. His other Arts-related volunteer work includes serving as the President of the Mid-Cities Fine Arts Foundation, and he believes community involvement, artistic expression, and volunteerism, are all excellent avenues that help young people avoid ending up as defendants in his Criminal Court.

Connie Gaddy-George fell in love with the stage in Highschool and pursued it in College as a career, but gave up her professional goals to raise a family in 2003. She has four beautiful teenage daughters that she is very proud of. Connie returned to the stage in 2015 and has been a part of the Onstage family both on and behind the stage since 2016 when she joined the holiday production of Mrs Bob Cratchit's Wild Christmas Binge. Connie has served in many Theaters across the DFW metroplex and has enjoyed Acting, Costuming, Patron Services, as well as dabbling in a bit of Directing. She is excited to serve as Onstage's Box Office Manager and looks forward to what God has in store ahead.
